Digital Display Ads: $2,500 worth of advertising credit to run on or in the Anchorage Daily News print edition.  Additional terms and exclusions apply, see terms for details.

GIVEAWAY TERMS

1. Introduction:
By entering the Elevate Alaska Advertising Package Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enter the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Alaska who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and own or represent a business based in Alaska. Employees of Elevate Alaska, Anchorage Daily News, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on January 22, 2025 and ends on January 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM. (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, fill out the contact form below with your name, email address, and business information. Limit one entry per business. Multiple entries from the same business or person will be disqualified.
5. Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive an advertising package from Anchorage Daily News valued at $2,500.
6. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on January 27, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing with instructions for redeeming the advertising credit. If the winner does not respond within 2 days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Prize Conditions:
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other items. Elevate Alaska reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
9. Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winners agree to allow Elevate Alaska to use their name, business name, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
‍10. General Conditions:
Elevate Alaska reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Elevate Alaska's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Elevate Alaska in its sole discretion.
11. Other Terms and Conditions:
Advertising credit may not be used toward premium placements. Creatives must be camera-ready, and all earned credit must be redeemed by Dec. 31st, 2025.
12. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to Elevate Alaska’s privacy policy.
13. Sponsors:
The Giveaway is sponsored by Elevate Alaska, and Anchorage Daily News.
